It all started back when i used to live next door to my cousins, they’d always be outside playing football day and night, and from then on they taught me how to play.
Q. What brought you to MUWFC?
I needed a change, and I heard really good things about Metro from a couple friends who played there.
Q. How long have you been at MUWFC?
Q. How many years have you played football for, and for what clubs?
I have played football for about 11 years now.
I started off at Adelaide City for a few years then went into the State Development Program and then moved to Metro after that.
Q. Biggest influence on your career?
Biggest influence on my career would definitely be my dad. He has stuck by me through all the hurdles I have had to come across. He’s taught me to never give up no matter what is thrown at me or what mistakes I make because that’s the only way I’m going to grow as a person and as a player.
Q. Do you have any footballing superstitions and a favourite number?
My favourite number is 8.
My superstitions/pre game rituals would have to be that before every game my
clothes need to be folded perfectly away in the changerooms, need to have a pre game nap during the day and always have to have my headband with me.
Q. What club do you support and why?
I support Manchester United purely because three of my favourite players played there, Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham and Wayne Rooney.
Q. Who is your favourite player in the world and why?
My favourite player would have to be Cristiano Ronaldo, not only because he’s good at football but because he is better than Messi.
Q. Greatest on-field moment?
Greatest on-field moment individually, would have to be scoring a volley from outside the box in round 1 this season. And team wise would have to be winning the WNPL League and Grand Final in 2016.
Q. Who do you love to beat?
Definitely has to be Adelaide City. Nothing beats a rivalry game.
Q. Who has been your toughest opponent?
Toughest opponent would have to be Daphne McLeod from Adelaide City. Solid and great defender and definitely knows my weaknesses.
